What We Print
This is real screen printing — screens, squeegees and plastisol or water-based ink laid down by hand. Not direct-to-garment, not heat transfers. Prints that survive a hundred washes and still look right.
Tees & Fleece
Gildan Softstyle, Bella+Canvas, Comfort Colors and other quality blanks. Front, back and sleeve prints in up to 4 spot colors. Perfect for merch drops, uniforms and events.
Totes
Canvas tote bags with bold single and multi-color prints. Great for shops, markets, galleries and giveaways — and usually the cheapest thing to print per piece.
Hats & More
Caps, beanies and specialty pieces. If it can hold ink, ask — the full SanMar catalog of blanks is available, so almost any garment can be sourced and printed.
Minimums & Pricing
The minimum run is 10 garments per print color. A one-color design starts at 10 pieces; a three-color design starts at 30. That's how screen printing works — each color is its own screen, and setup only makes sense at volume.
Most printed garments land between $10 and $20 each depending on the blank and the print — totes often come in under that. Use the instant estimate tool for a ballpark, then DM for an exact quote.
How It Works
- 1
DM your idea
Send your design (or just the idea) to @chrispowers_chrispowers with roughly how many pieces you need.
- 2
Proof & quote
You'll get a mockup, garment options from the SanMar catalog, and a firm price before anything gets printed.
- 3
Printed & done
Screens get burned, ink gets pulled, and your order shows up looking better than you expected.
